Santa’s North Pole Grotto

This festive season, step into a magical North Pole scene, inspired by the wonder of arriving at the end of a very special Christmas journey.

With a giant compass beneath your feet, a twinkling tree, a little train and Santa’s sleigh piled high with presents. Little ones can settle in with a hot chocolate and festive treat, then enjoy seasonal crafts and activities while they wait.

When it’s time, families will be invited forward to meet Santa himself, share their Christmas wishes and receive a special gift to take home.

Afterwards, the festive fun can continue in the Play Barn, making it easy to turn the visit into a whole afternoon together.

Tickets are £29 per child. Babies are very welcome to join free of charge (with a paying sibling or friend); however, a gift is not included unless you choose to purchase the £29 experience for them.

Please note: When making your booking, please use the special request box to let us know the names, ages and interests of the children who will be visiting and receiving a gift from Santa.

All bookings are prepayable at the time of booking and non-refundable. Adults do not require a ticket when attending with children.
